This is my current iteration of Nekusar.

Goals are as follows: Wheel effects as often as possible to keep hands unpredictable, and have people take damage for drawing cards.

Moderate level of mana fixing, because we're playing 3 colours and we need a little help with that.f

Intrinsic graveyard hate, because anyone playing reanimation or graveyard based strategies gains too much benefit from all of the wheeling.

Utter refusal to play either Megrim or Liliana's Caress. I want to hurt you for drawing, not discarding. Waste Not just gives me stuff. =)

Also included are a handful of pet cards, tending to focus on some neat creatures, because too many parts of the Nekusar machine can't block threats. And people -will- feel threatened.
