Destruction from the deep. Use Sword of the Animist, Divination, Evolving Wilds, Journey of Discovery, Coiling, Urban Evolution, Explore, and Coiling Oracle to ramp up mana for higher cost summons. Plasm Capture is also useful for both countering and ramping up a large amount of free mana.

Use cards like Scourge of Fleets, Colossal Whale, Whelming Wave, Kederekt Leviathan, Time to Feed, Lorthos, and Blustersquall to pave clear paths to your opponents.

Make use of the islandwalk ability associated with creatures like Inkwell Leviathan and Colossal Whale. Tromokratis can also be effective since he potentially offers either direct 8 damage to an opponent or a great distraction and allowing other creatures to get through. Kraken of the Straits can also become unblockable, but it is based on the number of islands you have in play.

Use your powerful creatures to defend Kiora as you ramp up here loyalty counters. Get to at least 6 counters and then snag here emblem allowing you to produce a 9/9 kraken tokens during each of your endsteps. Stacking counters on Ula's Temple will greatly help in this endeavor.

Prime Speaker Zegana is extremely useful not only because she gets a huge power boost when she comes onto the field, but also because you get to draw cards equal to her power whenever she first comes into play.

Kiora's Follower also helps since it allows you to untap any tapped permanent. Useful in the early turns since you can untap lands and use more spells. Great later in game for untapping more powerful monsters.

This deck revolves around drawing cards to help ramp for mana, so I put in a couple of Lorescale Coatls since they are lower cost and become much more fierce the more cards you draw. Would potentially like to replace them with a couple Chasm Skulkers.

Overall, with this deck you are literally a crashing wave hurling at your opponent. Kaiju all day.
