Deck built around a multicolored engine involving Dream Halls to storm off.

Pretty happy with the nonland suite and the ratio of land to nonland, but the mana base itself feels off. Would love some suggestions on improvements. Keep in mind, OG duals are way too far out of my price range. This deck is already expensive enough.
