Those who fight against nature itself, will learn that we are more than just a bystander.
We are concerned about the ravages of War

This is fantastic. I love it all.
I'm going to include all these decks in the description, I'll link them at the bottom for now, but I might figure out a way to weave them into the narrative!
Rocknj06, I know! I love all the story that's springing from it :D
CricketYT, Slivers aren't a Lorwyn tribe are they?
April 25, 2015 11:07 p.m.
that was what i meant, should we be doing non lorwyns now?

Do whatever you want! I'm just happy my little description as inspired all this :D
This is actually the second deck I did this type of description on, my first (and primary) deck is a tribal Human deck called The Good Church.

I've considered it, maybe in place for Surge of Thoughtweft? Not entirely sure.
Thanks for the suggestion!

I built one too (A little cheaper, no Exiles). Do you think Figure of Destiny would be a good addition?

I do really like the Figure of Destiny, the only reason that it isn't included is because it's not a Soldier. As such it won't work with Preeminent Captain or Veteran's Armaments.

Armament Master is good, I mean-
Oh damn. When I started writing this, I was equating Kithkin and Kor. Anyway, go on your merry way. I made a budget deck based around that mechanic, it's on my profile if you're vaguely interested.

Very interested! Kor is the next tribe I want to try out after I have The Good Church all happy and situated.
What's it called?

Thoughtweft Trio is a really fun card in Kithkin decks

Added two and another Brigid, Hero of Kinsbaile.
Hopefully it won't affect my curve!

If I'm not mistaken, Figure of Destiny is a staple of kithkin and really gives the deck a lot more resilience.

+1 because Kithkins are tiny! And cute! And awesome! You better hope people don't say I Forfeit. They're Too Cute! ( 20$ )

HerderOfNerf, Figure of Destiny seems interesting, I might find a place for him, I could use some more One-Drop creatures.
July 22, 2015 8:14 p.m.
Have you considered Honor of the Pure for some additional boosting? Could really turn a wave into something overwhelming. And I second Figure of Destiny, great card.
Good deck!

Yeah I've considered Honor of the Pure but decided against it for Militia's Pride. Wizened Cenn does a great job boosting on his own.
I really want to include Figure of Destiny somewhere, any recommendations of what to remove for it? I've considered removing Goldmeadow Stalwart.
July 24, 2015 10:23 a.m.
How has the deck played for you as is? What do your matchups look like?

Well the Knight of Meadowgrain is new so I don't have much experience with here in this deck.
It generally does pretty cell, it's really fast and if my opponent doesn't have enough answers they're quickly overwhelmed by my army of kithkins being pumped out by either Preeminent Captain or Militia's Pride.
It's not too good against faster Red decks, but that's what Burrenton Forge-Tender if there for.
It also doesn't have a ton of interaction with the opponent aside from Path to Exile but I just hope to be faster and side in Oblivion Ring if need be.

I actually wouldn't run the full set of Militia's Pride. I think a 2/2 split between that and Honor of the Pure would be better, since you'll rarely get value for the 2nd one you get in play. I'd even cut 2 Surge of Thoughtweft to put the remaining 2 Honor of the Pures in there, as more lords are always better! I'd also cut a few Preeminent Captains for a few Figure of Destiny, since you don't have a large amount of high-cost soldiers. I'd also cut the 2nd Brigid, since her ability really only helps against opposing creature decks. At 4cmc, you really want an immediate impact on the board and more smaller guys will get you there rather than the 2nd Brigid.

Okay then, I see where you're coming from.
I'm think two Preeminent Captains for two Figure of Destiny then cut another Brigid, Hero of Kinsbaile for the third Figure of Destiny.

I was actually thinking about cutting those Preeminent Captains, they never do anything too amazing except flood the board.
The best thing he can do is bring out a free Kinsbaile Borderguard or Thoughtweft Trio.

I made an Ally tribal xP
I've been watching this deck since it's creation. I've always wanted to make a kithkin deck but I never got around to it.
