Ranger of Eos?

I think you're on point looking at Preeminent Captain for a cut, there's not a lot of folks he helps get on the battlefield and for that CMC you could slip in something else with more oomph.

I do like Preeminent Captain to surprise people with a Kinsbaile Borderguard or Thoughtweft Trio, but that's about all he does.

If I cut them what would I replace him with? Another Figure of Destiny for Mainboard? Perhaps another Thoughtweft Trio?

I'm not sure if I'm sold on Brigid, Hero of Kinsbaile in the mainboard. Against certain decks I feel she is just an over costed 2/3 first strike. Maybe she is sideboard material for aggro stratergies but she is pretty slow in general and very weak and vulnerable. cough Lightning Bolt cough

Also Cloudgoat Ranger seems bit over costed for what he does. I am not sure what you might replace these with but one thing that comes to mind might be Hero of Bladehold. It gives a buff to your army and is buffed by Honor of the Pure.

I guess I could cut Cloudgoat Ranger and Brigid, Hero of Kinsbaile for two more Thoughtweft Trios.

I dunno, Cloudgoat Ranger could be devastating with Honor of the Pure or Wizened Cenn, after all I'm just playing her for the Kithkins, not really for the 5/3 flier.

I just like Brigid, Hero of Kinsbaile, that's my only argument :P

Haha I just feel you need more beef instead of Brigid haha. Keep cloudgoat because it does smooth your curve quite nicely.

How about I throw Brigid, Hero of Kinsbaile into the Sideboard and put in a third Thoughtweft Trio?

Thoughtweft Trio is very powerful, great defensively and offensively.

It makes Kinsbaile Borderguard really good because it changes base power and toughness..so the counters still increases its power. But it would harm Figure of Destiny if you only pay like 3 mana for it.

Oh okay lol. I mean at worst it would hinder them by like 1? And then increases everything else by three. That should be worth it I believe. Especially with Militia's Pride. It also easily baits out removal.

I'll run him, I think he'll be a good finisher and late game mana sink.

That's why I run him. Maybe he is better in allies due to having Harabaz Druid.

Oh yeah that guy and Harabaz Druid is insane.

I ordered him and two Thoughtweft Trios so if I decide I don't like him I'll just toss him out for one.

From my experiences I tend to get cards pretty quickly.
I am making a mono black deck I will also be using for FNM along with allies. It's a much cheaper deck hahaha. It's private at the moment. I'll link you if I remember too haha

It varies with me, I'm hurrying to order all my cards a week before just in case.

I just made a werid combo Golgari deck today, very different from my normal stuff: Liliana's Pact.

Nice kithkin deck. You already have a lot of white devotion - consider a few Nykthos shrine to nyx. These will accelerate your mana almost anytime past turn 4 and will super charge your late game Figures of Destiny

Any thoughts on Light from Within?

A Basilisk Collar on Brigid, Hero of Kinsbaile could be devastating.

Is there a reason for 4 oblivion ring in both mb and sb?

He probably was messing around with numbers and forgot to change those.

I like Light from Within, it's CMC is a little high though.

I know about the Collar, I just think it's a little awkward.
