An attempt at Mono Blue 'Delver' without using any awful Ninjas or Bears and now even Delver (he's much too unreliable in modern). With the last few sets, this deck has had some sweet additions in the form of Rattlechains and Thing in the Ice. Thing in the Ice is a total house and you can play the subgame of 'can you kill this creature' MUCH better than most of the decks in modern.

Main and side are still largely a work in progress but I think it's close - I would appreciate any feedback!
