Start with small hexproof creatures like Gladecover Scout and Slippery Bogle and make them big using other spells and enchants. Silhana Ledgewalker is partially unblockable and Dungrove Elder is continuously growing as game progress for just 2G which makes him an insanely powerfull creature in the mono-green deck.

Spider Umbra and Boar Umbra are great for their totem armor ability which, among others, helps to keep your creatures alive against anoying abilities like deathtouch. Blanchwood Armor can turn any creature in this deck into threat and Rancor is here to add a trample to overcome a horde of small blockers.

Increasing Savagery makes your creatures big but cannot be as easily destroyed as enchants and its flashback can easily lead to a winning condition during late game.

Burst of Strength can surprise an oponent with an unexpected blocker but it can be replaced by more aggressive Primal Bellow that works as an instant Blanchwood Armor.

Prey Upon is a great green removal and it can be replaced with more costly but instant speed Pit Fight.

Last but not least, Hunter's Insight in combination with big creatures can lead to a huge card advantage in mid/late game. It also works great with Primal Bellow.
