Enchantment (1)

This deck hinges on how many nonland noncreature permanents I can play using Narset's ability.

Here are the components of my deck.

The counterspells: Haults any heinous plots to break the game, or stop me from doing so(I can cast them for free with Narset's ability if I happen to exile a counterspell).

Draw/scry thingies: Makes me top deck the things I want to exile and draw or send to the bottom the things I do not. Proteus Staff let's me rearranged entire deck since I only have my commander as my creature, and Scroll Rack allows me to put things back.

More creatures: Some spells generates tokens like Assemble the Legion, and Elspeth, Knight-Errant. While others make themselves into creatures like my keyrunes, and Gideon, Champion of Justice. But let's not forget Storm Herd. So precious.

Fieldwipes: In edh, we sometimes need to do a soft reset and just destroy everything to break even, this deck is no different.

Extra stuff, yay!: There are a total of 5 cards in the main deck that either take an extra turn or combat step. And those turns and steps enables Narset's to attack even more, and do more commander damage, and for me to cast more spells for free.

Copycats: These are the spells that copies abulities, or spells that I already possess. So I can let's say, spawn 80 tokens with Storm Herd, and Reverberate.

Overhauling Narset with stuff: As commander, she is responsible for dealing commander damage to rid of the opposition. And the equipments, and auras would help her do just that. A equipment I really like is Sword of Feast and Famine, because not only does she get a tad more strength, and has protection from black, and green, my lands become untapped when she deals damage. Another card I like on her is Ethereal Armor because she gets more powerful as more enchantments make their way to the field.

There are other notable cards that I have not mentioned like Cavern of Souls, and Boseiju, Who Shelters All but the relevance of such cards speaks for themselves. This is intended to be a budget deck, but this is the best I can think of(with some suggestions) that is also not going to slaughter my wallet.

Updates Oct.04.18 + Thousand-Year Storm - Triplicate Spirits I want to test this card out, and a token maker as big as this wont matter unless Narset is already out, in which case, I should just replace it. + Sinister Sabotage - Psychic Barrier I rather have a all around counterspell, than a specific one. Also, the Surveil will be very useful in this deck.
