I AM A HUGE FAN OF THE FLASH MECHANIC!

This ISNT your standard Dimir Rogue Mill deck. That's not the point. I've taken out all mill (sorry guild enforcer): and instead focus on flashing cards in and generating value from it.

We can do this with Cards Like Cunning Nightbonder and Slitherwisp Saying they put in work is an understatement, They are the meat and potatoes of this deck. Cunning Nightbonder NOT ONLY lowers the cost of cards with flash by 1(Which most everycard in the deck has) She makes them UNCOUNTERABLE. This gets dangerous FAST. With only one nightbonder out, you can basically cast every spell for ONE MANA, and opponents cant do shit about it. Drop in Slitherwisp, and you're DRAWING cards off EACH CAST, and DEALING DAMAGE directly to the FACE! These cards arent Legendary, so we can caST any and all of them! This mainly applies to slitherwisp because nightbonder would be redundant, as most spells are 2 cmc and they would already be uncounterable. But Slitherwisp, hes the game winner. If you have x4 out, you simply need to cast 5 spells to deal 20 damage and win. but were casting so spells and generating so much value, odds are we will win long before that. Obviously we arent casting much on our turn, saving spells for OPs end step or when needed. BRAZEN BORROWER and MYSTIC SUBDUAL are the removal, bounce big things and the things we dont want bounced we subdual. REWIND is included because once we have four mana available it is a free counterspell. Also, we could bounce big threats then REWIND them upon OPs recast. This card can be DISGUSTING, str8 up mean. PPl usually concede if we cast it more than once, and I dont blame them. STARLIT MANTLE is our protection, because slitherwisp and nightbonder are heat sources and OPs will throw everything they have at them to remove them. If they are going to succesfully remove slitherwisp, I ussually throw down whatever cards I can to squeeze every last bit of value I can. Right now I,ve included An OMEN OF THE DEAD for some GY recursion.

I DID NOT include DROWN IN THE LOCHs because we arent milling and can,t rely on the OPs GY, Caant reduce its cost, and cant profit off it. I use REWIND instead, and trust me, you wont miss Drown In the Loch.

FAERIE VANDAL is our main swinger. Being a flyer he can safely and reliably deal daMage, and with our optimal card draw, ideally will be getting buffed each turn. FaeVandal is also the prime target for SEA DASHER OCTOPUS. Drop a SEA-DASHO ontop (or below? I forget but w/e gives FaeVie 2/2) and instantly Faevie becomes a 2/2 instead of 1/2 and draws off the attack, triggering Faevies +1/+1 counter buff. The Prime time to Mutate is before dealing damage after blockers are(nt) declared. OMEN OF THE SEA is obviously just more Draw.

Currently I have x3 Glasspool Mimics, but Maybe i'll switch them for Jwari disruption or something else, Im not sure. I dont have afourth yet and rares are hard to come by lol. The deck plays very well so I havent overly felt the need to change him out.

Optimal Plays would obviously be somethiung like

T2: cunnightB

T3: Slitherwisp

as we want to get these guys out as soona nd as much as possibvle, but The deck IS versatile and we can win several other ways. Give it a Go yourself and Tell me what yall think! I personally have a lot of fun with it! You may have seen my last dimirflash deck but that was more mill/rogue focused. I,ve had lots of time to tweak and experiment and this list is what ive come up with, hope you enjoy!! :)
