This deck is based around casting Primal Surge and then flipping over the entire library. To this end, I have built a control shell and value engine around Shattergang Brothers. I feel like they are best suited for the job since the deck is a little unique in that all of the answers for everything need to be tied to a permanent. The Brothers do this fairly easily on top of letting you get value out of cards like Solemn Simulacrum and the Wellspring cards.

There are several cards like Sidisi, Razaketh, and Rune-Scarred Demon to tutor up Primal Surge once you get to that point in the game and cards like Eternal Witness to get it back in case it gets countered or milled.

Once you actually cast the typical win con will be a bunch of big hasty tramplers thanks to Pathbreaker Ibex and Hammer of Purphoros or Fires of Yavimaya. E-Witness, Skullwinder, or Feldon of the Third Path can also be used to get back any of these pieces that may be missing.

If for some reason you are not quite able to win after casting Primal surge I have included Elixir of Immortality and Feldon's Cane so that you don't just die once the turn comes back around. These also help if you don't get the surge until late game and your graveyard is looking taller than your library!

Other than that the deck is mostly control/value cards to stay alive until you can pull off a win but aI have no doubt this deck can sneak out wins without the surge just by ramping or controlling the board and casting stuff like Pathbreaker Ibex and Wurmcoil Engine.

Recomendations welcome! I'm pretty new to deck building and this is my most ambitious deck by far!
