Wanted to make a competitive mill deck using origins cards and the like while also keeping the price very very down. Any help and improvements would be appreciated. Jace is an obvious choice, but unless I pull him, I can't afford him.

Splashing green in my local meta is helping a lot due to the growing power of Gaea's Revenge . Using Sultai Charm comes in handy for him, artifacts, and other enchantments.

I also enjoy the combo of Fruit of the First Tree + creature. If they kill it they mill and I gain life. If they don't I can keep him out for as long as I need him, then kill him myself.

Just want some opinions and perhaps another green card I could add in to make the splash more worth it. Like a fog maybe?
