This is my take on standard U/B Zombies Deck seems to be play testing fairly well thought i'm currently not play testing against the top tier decks as i'm still learning and practicing the ins and outs of the deck.
Maybe board is mainly for cards that have peaked my interest for either main board or side board in case I wanna change the deck a little.
Reasoning for the cards in my side board:
1 copy of dark salvation- If I need more zombies to outrace that doubles as a pseudo kill spell. Will usually swap with oath of Liliana.
2 copies of encased in ice- good counter tech in the match ups of decks like R/G Ramp, Temur Emerge, even some of the cards in G/B Delerium and CoCo decks will get hit by it.
infinite obliteration- good disruption against alot of decks like Spirits and eldrazi if you manage to hit a queller or emrakul, they're gonna have a bad time.
languish- used mainly for decks that are more aggro and tend to outrace zombies, the colossus and sidisi will live through languish 70% of the time, and it's good to wipe the enemy board since most cards used right now will get hit by it.
Summary dismissal- Good counter tech atm that will mess with a lot of hard cast strategies, works very well against temur emerege and spirits.
Virulent plague- Iffy on these as i don't know how much token generators are seeing play right now outside of zombies and humans. Probably the most likely sideboard card to be replaced, but it is good to have against those few token match ups and mirror matches as my deck has a few cards in it to win on their own. Let me know if there's anything I should change or add just starting to get back into competitive.
Edit: Swapped Encase in ice for ruinous path, play tested against a W/B control deck and the Virulent plague sided in very well as the deck had a lot of ways to generate 1/1 and 2/2 tokens
Though I went 2/1 in the play test, I realized that planeswalkers are an issue if I don't waste a turn or 2 attacking them so I'm adding 2 ruinous paths to hopefully deal with it.
