This is a deck I've wanted for a long time, and it is now my main EDH deck. It's pretty straightforward in what it does: it plays a lot of lands. Almost half of the deck is lands. It has the best mana possible. It has lots of utility lands. It has all the lands.

Win conditions are aplenty, too.

You can go the Dark Depths + Thespian's Stage route and kill everyone with a Marit Lage. You can get Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle in play, maybe even copy it with Thespian's Stage and/or Vesuva, then drop Prismatic Omen or Dryad of the Ilysian Grove to make all lands Mountains and Scapeshift for the win. Or you can just make a ton of tokens using the various Landfall abilities or Avenger of Zendikar and go wide. Why not go wide, then Craterhoof Behemoth? My favorite is probably Sylvan Awakening and then Cratehoof Behemoth. And Gaea's Cradle makes sure there is plenty of mana.

Be careful, though. This deck can make some opponents rather upset. With Crucible of Worlds and several land drops each turn, sometimes you just have to repeatedly Strip Mine someone. That's just how it is...

I keep playing with this list and making adjustments. After a bunch of experimenting, I've determined that 48 is the ideal minimum number of lands for this deck. It is also important to maintain a certain number of fetchable lands as you often end up recurring a fetch over and over again.
