Personally i think this deck is perfect. Perfect. Competitive, fun, and balanced. Manaweft Sliver is kinda essential, playtest for a lot of fun. Dormant Sliver is killer, u just play a sliver and draw, if you have Blur Sliver you can easily tap it for mana and play another, maybe just drawn from the deck. Once you have like 10 slivers in play, just use Necrotic Sliver or Birthing Pod to get rid of Dormant Sliver's defender and play Sliver Legion, to give +10/+10 to all 10 slivers, that will also have flying, lifelink, deathtouch, removal Constricting Sliver, hexproof (Diffusion Sliver) and other stuff like Thorncaster Sliver to kill everything. All of this can be accomplished by turn 5-6, with a lot of solidness in every turn. Only flaw is protecting Manaweft Sliver, thats why Diffusion Sliver is really good in this deck. Birthing Pod and Chord of Calling are really useful to find the sliver you need.
