The Modern Formats does not see a lot of tribal decks, modern is normally a fast or combo style format. I created a lot of tribal modern style decks over the year, from goblins to Humans within Mono coloured, Guild Colours, Tribal Colours and Four Colours, I am aware that Humans can be 5 coloured tribal deck and as much as that is seen to be a clear cut case for the EDH/Commander format. It is not the case for formats like Pauper, Modern, Standard etc.
So this is my Selesnya Human Tribal style deck, focusing around the human tribe and the +1/+1 counters whether it is Enter the battle effects, putting +1/+1 counters on each other humans, creating human tokens. This style of deck to me is a midrange style deck that can be very aggro.
This deck can be taken as it is or taken and change to a person style of playability. This Deck is not a budget/budget deck, and not a completely expensive deck as 90% of the Modern field decks are.
Main Deck,, Mayor of Avabuck is there not for the flipping ability but for the +1/+1 for other humans buffing all other humans to a bigger attack or defence.
Renegade Rallier is there for the Revolt ability if you have a 2 power creature die in combat and you cast Renegade Rallier second main phrase after combat and damage step. Even if a Token has died.
Sideboard Idea's with this Modern Deck is that...
Banishing Light and Sundering Growth is the removal package.
Thalia, Guardian of Thraben and Heretic Cathar are for the more controlling aspects of combo's or other fast paced decks.
Eternal Witness is just to get back either your Thalia's Lieutenant or Champion of the parish if they have died.
Selesnya Charm is in there for the +2/+2 and trample if you can swing in for the kill or the Exile creature power 5 or greater if they cheap out a big powered creature.
