artifacts matter pillowfort/lock

ive been playing mycosynt lattice+darksteel forge for 20 years....add nevi's disk to that and we are done. protected by rebbec, untapping with unwinding clock, laying the deck out with planar bridge. a commander that puts the power to finish on the board.

and of course planeswalker Karn, for the 2 card lock.

as a wincon tezzeret can leech everybody in 2 turns, i also added cabal coffers+urborg to help fuel a torment of hailfire.

top tutors and some top ramp, to get this winning boardstate out pretty fast.
