New to modern, but this is the first deck that I found a real interest in the modern format.

First of all, I do not own:

Spellskite

Kitchen Finks

Abrupt Decay

Voice of Resurgence...

Inquisition of Kozilek...

Dark Confidant...

or any other modern-relevant lands

That being said, I want to make this the best deck possible on my budget! If you feel any of these are absolutely necessary I will hear you out. Though I would be more inclined to pick up something if it is less than $10.

I need help, especially with sideboard. Need the best ways to deal with Rest in Piece. Any experience anyone has with good/bad matchups would be great!

I have 3x Thoughtsieze but don't know if they are even worth playing in this weird deck.. let me know!
