{U} {G} Tishana, Voice of Thunder {G} {U}

This is my Tishana, Voice of Thunder deck. This deck uses the synergies of elves to simultaneously ramp and flood the board to draw lots of cards with Tishana and close the game out by tutoring/cheating a Craterhoof Behemoth on to the battlefield and killing all of you opponents in one big swing.

Pros of the deck:

+Drawing hella cards

+Swinging for tons of damage

+Having a hand larger than your library

+Fast paced

+Plenty of ramp

Cons of the deck:

-Extremely weak to cards like Humility and Torpor Orb

-Board wipes ruin your day

-Struggles against fast combo decks

But these pros and cons are just for this build of Tishana, Voice of Thunder and you can tweak the list to fit your play style or meta more appropriately.

Elves was a fantastic backbone for this strategy because they offer ramp and many small bodies onto the field and we can use cards like Priest of Titania and Elvish Archdruid to create massive amounts of mana that we can use to accelerate into Tishana and other big spells like Tooth and Nail / Hornet Queen / Avenger of Zendikar

The benefits of getting to play elves with {U} mana are that it gives you access to counter spells (Arcane Denial / Counterspell / Disallow) and Cyclonic Rift. It also let's us play powerful creatures like Consecrated Sphinx and Phyrexian Metamorph and tutors with Mystical Tutor and Spellseeker. It also offers us a little creature removal with Reality Shift.

Tishana is such a potent commander of an elf deck not only because of her synergies with the elves, but also because she can be sacrificed to all of our tutors that require us to sacrifice a creature ( Birthing Pod / Eldritch Evolution / Natural Order / Prime Speaker Vannifar / Neoform ) to search for Craterhoof Behemoth and close out the game.

This deck runs tutors like Woodland Bellower / Fierce EmpathBirthing Pod / Green Sun's Zenith / Chord of Calling / Worldly Tutor / Mystical Tutor (to tutor for other tutors or Cyclonic Rift / Selvala's Stampede) / Eldritch Evolution / Natural Order / Tooth and Nail / Survival of the Fittest to allow us to run some tool box creatures Reclamation Sage / Eternal Witness / Bane of Progress that we can tutor for when we need them in specific situation

The game plan for this deck is to flood the board with small creatures that ramp us and use Tishana, Voice of Thunder / Regal Force / Prime Speaker Zegana / Garruk, Primal Hunter to draw a bunch of cards and close the game out with either Craterhoof Behemoth or Overwhelming Stampede to make all of our creatures massive and swing for lethal with trample damage.
