This is my take(and I'm sure there is a duplicate somewhere) on Soul Sisters.
Anyone not familiar with Soul Sisters, it is a fairly popular modern deck that uses Soul Warden and Soul's Attendant to gain tons of life and generally uses Ajani's Pridemate and Serra Ascendant to start an unrelenting beat down.
I utilize 3x Oblivion Rings and 4x Leonin Relic-Warders for early control and once I hit 30 life the beat down begins.
My version runs 4x Kabira Crossroads and 4x
Glimmerpost
to aid in that extreme early game life gain that keeps you going strong into mid and late game.
I also utilize 4x Suture Priests in the main to help me gain life and punish early turbo-agro decks.
This version also has a turn 3 infinite life gain combo that I hit consistently. The combo is turn 1 Soul's Attendant or Soul Warden into turn 2 Leonin Relic-Warder into turn 3 Phyrexian Metamorph copying Leonin Relic-Warder exiling himself. This basically blinks him in and out of play until you copy something else which triggers the life gain on your 1 drop over and over. This also works with Suture Priest but is slower as she is a 2-drop.
Disclaimer: Infinite life does not = winning. In competitive modern I have gone infinite turn 3 and lost turn 4. I have friends who run infinite haste token combos and quick-fect decks that still destroy this deck if they get the right hands. I only say this so no one builds this deck and thinks it is unbeatable.
Other cards:
Ajani, Caller of the Pride - I will give my 10/10 Ajani's Pridemate flying and double-strike until end of turn. Well played good sir.
Ranger of Eos - To tutor out Serra Ascendant or Soul Warden if you need them.
Phyrexian Metamorph - Not only for infinite combos! My friend playing dredge whipped out a turn 3 Griselbrand...and then I whipped out a turn 3 Griselbrand...in a...mono-white...life gain deck...cause that's how I roll!
