Garruk, Traverse the Outlands, Genesis Wave —Aug. 28, 2017

• Garruk, Primal Hunter instead of Soul's Majesty - don't know why I missed him from the begining. Having the same cmc Garruk is way better than Majesty, because he similarly draws cards, it has two additional abilities, it is a permanent and it brings a lot additional devotion for Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx.

• Traverse the Outlands - this card could be realy insane if it resolves. Due to the fact that Rhonas is on the battlefield from the start of the game (turn 2 almost always), this spell will always drop at least 5 tapped forests consistently. I decided to cut Azusa, Lost but Seeking for it. Pretty often I didn't want to play/tutor Azusa due to the lack of lands in hand. Traverse the Outlands looks more promising, and can give you a ton of lands here and now.

• Genesis Wave - I just love this card, it can end the game with enough mana easily. And it fits here perfectly, because this deck consist almost only of permanents. I decided to cut Carpet of Flowers, I liked how it worked, but the deck have enogh mana resources, and additionaly Carpet is a situational card.
