Sideboard

Simply put, b/w approach. Lots of removal to answer threats, no creatures in the mainboard to blank removal, which feels strong right now in general. Some creatures in the board for game 2 depending on what your opponent sees. Obviously if they board out their relevant removal, a couple well timed creatures can really upset their rhythm and make game 3 even more confusing. karn is good on his own, helps draw in a non-blue deck and has some limited synergy with treasure maps. Karnstructs can eventually kill an opponent with no relevant plays.
Gonti comes in against blue control and other midrange decks. Caracal and Moment of Craving are for Aggro.
