This is my attempt to create a storm deck using only permanents. The general idea is to use mana ramp and card draw to play through most of the deck and ping away with Grim Guardian. It can combo off fairly consistently by turn 5-6, so although it's not competitive, it works well. To the best of my knowledge, this is the only deck of its type.

I haven't worked out a sideboard yet, since it would have to be mostly enchantments to maintain synergy. However, since the mana base and ramp is almost identical to Tooth and Nail decks, I'm planning on potentially using the sideboard as a way to switch between the two decks.
