I built this deck on magic online for under 10 dollars and have won a good majority of the games I've played so far. Polluted Delta, Thoughtseize, Dig Through Time and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth are not included solely for budget reasons.I've noticed it's weak against G/W and Black devotion. The real problem is that there's not a good way to remove with artifacts or enchantments other than Void Snare, then try to counter it when they try to replay it. I've thought about Perilous Vault, but any other ways to interact are more than welcome. As a side note, I've considered possibly adding 1 or 2 copies of Haven of the Spirit Dragon in order to get your dragons back from the grave.
