Kinda not bad at this game anymore, but I'm bad enough to find a way to make this work.

Ideal Turns

T1: Forest Arbor

T2: Forest, Sprawl on Forest, Tap Sprawl (G+U), Untap Sprawl with Arbor, Tap Sprawl (2G), Kiora, untap and tap for 4 more mana, Garruk, uptap both lands.

T3: Land, Tap Sprawl and land for Biovisionary, Use untaps to generate 10 mana (2 Blue and 8 Green) Rite of Replication kicked targeting Biovisionary.

Will this deck be competitive? Hell no, but it can win turn 3 on the play or the draw. On the draw you want to see a Pact or draw, so you can dig for a pact cause you can give yourself an extra blue because Rite costs 9 to copy Bio.

I'm taking this idea and the idea of Mechanized Clues to see if I can make a Norin + Genesis Chamber win in modern too.
