This is my take on an Abzan Blink deck, focusing on making cards re-enter the battlefield with Flickerwisp, Cloudshift, and Eerie Interlude. Flickering cards like Siege Rhino, Blade Splicer, and Eternal Witness help win over your opponent.

A cool combo to get rid of your opponents cards is throwing down Flickerwisp and exilinf a permanent they control, then putting out Wasteland Strangler to process that card into their graveyard. You can then (hopefully) get rid of one of their creatures.
