This is a Rebel deck. It is designed to be somewhat underpowered, but still be able to do some cool things. Cool things it can do:

• Use Distorting Lens to make any creature be able to be removed by the bringers, and cycle the bringers with Lin Sivvi to exile one creature a turn.
• Use one of the Pariah effects on Cho-Manno, Revolutionary to prevent all damage that would be dealt to me. Also works with Knight of the Holy Nimbus until someone pays, or any creature enchanted with shielded by faith. Luminarch Ascension can win quickly from there.
• Use Rule of Law, Eidolon of Rhetoric, or Spirit of the Labyrinth to slow down other players plays via the normal means. We can always search of a rebel from the deck avoiding these restrictions.

Many pieces of the cool things the deck does are rebels, artifacts, or enchantments. We're running 3 tutors for these kinds of things to increase the odds we can access the non rebel parts of the combos. Also, because card quality in this deck overall is quite low, and we want the rebels to always be in the deck and not our hand, we run a suite of cards to make this happen. Teferi's Puzzle box and Scroll Rack can put rebels in our hand back in our deck. Land Tax powers up these effects by getting cards to trade in, into our hand. Sensei's Divining top lets us control our draws so we don't get there. Also, since we shuffle every turn, it lets us see 3 new cards each turn. It can setup a miracle terminus every once in a while.
