Blue, Black, Red, Budget made deck that can be bought for about 100$. Different creatures than the usual cruel control since I cant afford running 4 snapcasters and I enjoy having variety in a deck. I also don't have excellent cards added like Cryptic Command simply because i cannot afford them. This deck can easily be altered to become a little more competitive by running only two or three creatures in numbers and substituting a some "better" instants . It is also not legal in modern due to a few cards like Ponder and Baleful Strix .The deck was built to hold off or counter/control one's opponent until Cruel Ultimatum or Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker can come out and deliver some huge blows.
Cards to hold your opponent down....
-Electrolyze , 2 damage divided to what you need and you draw a card
-Kolaghan's Command , Versatile card that can come in handy
-Lightning Bolt , Kills whatever you need to
-Mana Leak , Countering spells at instant speed can really leave an opponent open and delay them

Soul Manipulation
, Very cool card to help you pull from your graveyard if creatures are scarce and stops your opponent from casting a creature
-Spell Pierce, Refer to Mana Leak
-Terminate , For when you're dealing with a tough or regenerative creature
-Vapor Snag , Returns opponent's creature to their hand for a low low cost
Cards to help you get what you need....
-Ponder , Look at top 3, can shuffle, still get to draw - no wonder it's banned
-Preordain, Scry 2 then draw a card - Good alternate to Seering Vision
-Mulldrifter, Not the biggest fan but can be useful to draw two and still have some creature power
-Keranos, God of Storms, If you reveal a land then draw an extra card, pretty solid
Cards to Deliver the blows....
-Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker , Although it is an 8 drop, he's worth it. Side effects: you may lose friends
-Cruel Ultimatum , Tough to cast but if you can it's a game changer
-Keranos, God of Storms, If devotion is right he can be a tough creature and the lightning bolt effect real makes the card
-Consuming Aberration ,Can become extremely powerful extremely quick but also causes some milling for both , still unsure about leaving this card in here

, a little expensive but you get any instant or flash you need (would be really nice if you have flash creatures like

-Noxious Revival , Survived the first Cruel Ultimatum did they? well pay some life and try again. Or pull whatever else you need

-Baleful Strix , Love this card for its abilities - Flying, Deathtouch, and draw a card
-Deceiver Exarch , Solid 1/4 with flash and tapping ability
-Delver of Secrets
, A very clever 1 drop for this deck that will almost always turn into a 3/2 flyer the next turn

, A 2/3 with deathtouch that can force an opponent to lose two creatures
-Young Pyromancer , Excellent card in this deck with all of its low cost instants to help run the field with some tokens
Still some work to be done with this deck but i think i have gotten a decent start. Really need help balancing lands in it and after a few plays I can work which creatures will stay.
