This is my take on a deck I recently saw at a tournament. I tweaked about 14 cards and added in a sideboard I think would be amazing.

Step 1: Use card draws and mana creators to play Balustrade Spy or Undercity Informer and mill your entire deck because you have no lands.

Step 2: Your 4 Narcomoeba will come back to the battlefield as a result of the mill. Flasback Dread Return by sacrificing three narcomoebas. Target Angel of Glory's Rise to get Azami, Lady of Scrolls and Laboratory Maniac into the battlefield from your graveyard, since you are completely milled. Note the 4th Narcomoeba can be used for Cabal Therapy to remove any combo pieces that might still be in your hand, if they remove any of the Narcomoeba's through spot removal you can use a zombie that is generated by Bridge from Below!

Step 3: Watch them cry and walk away because they are sad and have no friends

I included 4 Pacts of Negation to help combat Force of Will, and I added in a Deathrite Shaman as an additional way to either 1) generate mana if they went first and sacced a land or 2) to have something black that can be searched for with Summoner's Pact to imprint to Chrome Mox to generate the desperately needed black mana. I've been testing Bridge from Below for a bit now, I kind of like it because it can give other things to sac to in case they try and spot removal to counter your Dread Return since it is a sorcery.

For sideboard take out all the Undercity Informer, Balustrade Spy, Dread Return, Narcomoeba, Laboratory Maniac and Bridge from Below, and bring in the Goblin Charbelcher , Lion's Eye Diamond, Grim Monolith, Tinder Wall and Spoils of the Vault . Since you have no land, Charbelcher does 50ish damage to your opponent while they think they've got you beat with their sideboard graveyard hate! This works awesomely because they will bring in sideboard hate and you've changed the entire way your deck deals damage for the win!
