Hi everyone!
Today i show you a simple golgari's deck. Almost all card are from standar o nearly pre-standar, so that's why you probably have all of the cards or many of them. The key of the deck is that a lot of our cards, have much value lonely (Growth-Chamber Guardian , Tireless Tracker ,Gonti, Lord of Luxury . Our deck doesn´t have a right sinergy , but trust me ,that its a good and powerfull deck. We have early removal Fatal Push and Abrupt Decay , multi-task removal Murderous Rider, Assassin's Trophy, Vraska, Golgari Queen. Our discard its one of the cheapest in money Despise , to replace Thoughtseize , but it is useful in first´plays from many of matchs. In after plays, we can replace for Agonizing Remorse. Find / Finality is a very versatile card, because you can recycle your value'creatures, or using to a area'removal.
We can replace 2cmc'creature (for example: Scavenger Ooze with Sylvan Advocate that its play very well with Nissa, Who Shakes the World and Hissing Quagmire.
The deck contains a few cards to draw too, Tireless Tracker with Fabled Passage or Castle Locthwain.
I going to tell the sideboard. Its adapt mainly for my localstore, but its contain a little of everything.
- -Epic Downfall against huge creatures'decks (simic ramp, monogreen,etc..).
- -Heroic Intervention against control decks, for instance azorious.
- -Back to Nature against sram'auras.
- -Lost Legacy a very good card against a lot of matches, is more usefull that you can imagine, believe me.
- -Midnight Reaper is very good against areas from control-decks or similars, its help you to recompose your hand and battlefield.
- -Cry of the Carnarium against mono-red or super-aggro decks, but care you, it can be harmful if you don´t think well the play.
- -Leyline of the Void is a good card with a lot of matches, for example simic ramp (Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath or UR decks Arclight Phoenix.
Conclusion: I built this deck, because i like to play standar Gx (and modern RG) and i had a lot of golgari'cards. Only i have played two tournaments with this deck, (first: 3-0-0, second:2-1-0), but i felt very comfortable. Its right that a few cards are expensive (questing-beast, Assassin's Trophy), but in general i think that its a cheap-good and funny deck.
