Greater Good offers a draw engine and a sac outlet.

I never thought of that, thanks a bunch!

Abundance, Sylvan Library, Yavimaya Elder all great draw engines for green. I'd recommend putting in 1-2 (even more if you like lol) of the following: Overrun, Overwhelming Stampede, Thunderfoot Baloth maybe even a Siege Behemoth if you're worried about getting chump blocked.

Genesis with Yavimaya Elder is semi costly on mana but you can keep bringing back another draw engine. Also keeps popping lands in your hand too.

Awesome, I'll definitely consider Yavimaya Elder and Siege Behemoth. I'm also thinking of including Regal Force

I'd say go for it man card draw is what can win you games or keep your aggression non-stop.

I'm also definitely going to swap out Mirri's Guile for Sylvan Library

Yea good pick Mirris doesn't feel that great to me it's essentially just a scry card. I would say keep Tooth and Nail over Avenger because you have a lot of fatties including Ulamog and Kozilek and world spine wurm. It helps you get massive board presence when you can entwine or put them out from your hand.

I meant I'd cast tooth and nail to get those but yes haha. Also thanks for the suggestions they help a ton! :-)

I'm fairly sure if you cast Regal Force and Avenger of Zendikar at the same time you only get the card draw for how many creatures are on before Avenger puts sproutlings up. There's better stuff to use Tooth and Nail on for example you can combo it with Avenger by going Avenger first Tooth and Nail + Regal Force + Kozilek, Butcher of Truth would mean you'd get 8 or more cards in one turn.

Both creatures will come into play at the same time, but their controller gets to put their triggers on the stack in whichever order he/she wants.

  1. You cast Tooth and Nail, targeting Avenger of Zendikar and Regal Force in your hand.
  2. Both creatures enter the battlefield simultaneously, triggering both of their ETB abilities.
  3. The player who controls them when they enter the battlefield has to decide which order to place their abilities on the stack.
  4. Regal Force's ability is stacked first, then Avenger of Zendikar's
  5. Avenger's ability resolves first, creating a bunch of green tokens.
  6. Regal Force's ability then checks for green greatures as it resolves second.

I think the combo works, unless it's been specifically ruled otherwise.

Ulturas: Kozilek, Butcher of Truth's triggered ability requires it to have been cast as a spell. Tooth and Nail just puts it on the battlefield. It won't trigger, unfortunately.

Roccovsky doesn't the entwine from Tooth and Nail count as casting it? That's what I was always thought to believe always very awkward with the wording recursion allows ETB effects but certain cards that place things on the board don't work lol.

I don't know if Frontier Siege works here.

Ulturas - Yeah, it's confusing. Casting a creature spell IS a different event than a creature entering the battlefield. When you cast a creature, you generally HOPE that it will resolve and enter the battlefield, but it could be countered or otherwise kept from the battlefield. Tooth and Nail bypasses the need to "cast" the creatures, skipping to the part where they hit the battlefield.

Frontier Siege for the khans

An ETB effect is explicit, in that it says "enters the battlefield". If Tooth and Nail read "you can cast two creatures from your hand without paying their mana costs, then you would draw the cards.

Thunderfoot Baloth would work to give all your stuff trample, unless an Archetype of Aggression takes it away

Thank you for the suggestion, I'm thinking of putting in Siege Behemoth instead because then even if my commander gets killed Siege Behemoth still works.

That's true, just be wary of what's blocking him

Like the deck my friend has the same commander but I just would like to recommend the card Chord of Calling.+1 from me too

Thanks! I'll definitely consider it. I'm actually thinking of doing a major overhaul and putting in some more ramp and maybe ditching the primal surge, as much as I love it, to just make omnath a bit more consistent.

I'd Recommend 35 lands minimum for starters. then I'd say you should probably be running more sorcery based ramp. Skyshroud Claim, Nature's Lore, Three Visits, Ranger's Path, Kodama's Reach, Cultivate are all really good. from there cards like Boundless Realms will be nuts. You also are very light on removal - Beast Within, Unstable Obelisk, Song of the Dryads, Spine of Ish Sah are all really good for your deck, I mean you're built a round ramps so they'll be easy to play. as for Voltron, Sword of Feast and Famine and Argentum Armor are both really good.
