Just a silly mill deck I have been thinking of making for awhile now.

The focus, clearly, is Phenax, God of Deception and using stupid cheap walls (such as Steel Wall or Kraken Hatchling) to tap them for maximum milling. On top of this, Fraying Sanity is useful to just double the mill in total, making it a faster loss for your opponent. If you use Fraying Sanity with Fleet Swallower, that would be an instant win (1/2 * 2 = 1 whole deck, even if it is more than 60 cards :D) I expect with to be drawing a lot of Easy 1 drops so I will need to draw cards, that is why I have Jace Beleren and Blue Sun's Zenith.

I would love any help, as I am not the best modern builder. This deck is for casual play, and maybe try a tournament here or there (with the understanding I would probably not win).
