This is the list I have in paper. Some small upgrades and optimizations are needed from the acquire board as well as a bit of a better land base.

Anything more expensive than a Mana Crypt I will not buy. Potential cards can be added from the maybeboard.

This list is combat based, no Necrotic Ooze combo as its slower to kill.

Kill condition is usually some combination of: Phyrexian Dreadnought/ Wall of Blood/ Vector Asp/ Crackdown Construct/ Ornithopter

Ornithopter and crackdown construct makes Lazav have flying and infinite power/toughness for 4 mana

wall of blood can kill on its own with no blockers. Usually paired with unblockable like Changeling Outcast or ornithopter.

Phyrexian Dreadnought is the most efficient creature in the deck and paired with infect from vector asp or tainted strike will kill even through weak blockers.

Most other creature are tool box options, though in an optimized list they are rarely used or necessary. Could be removed honestly. This deck will not win an extended game so cards like Rhystic Study could even come out as its better to go all in on the decks plan and protecting it.

Most hands kill on turn 4 decently consistently, can kill on turn 3 with good hands, basically will always kill on turn 5 at least. Most times with spells to protect Lazav.
