Basically, enchant as many lands as possible in the most strategic way you can using Contaminated Ground , Psychic Venom , Pooling Venom , Blight .

If they don't want to tap any lands, force them to by playing Drain Power during your turn, or Mana Short , or Early Frost during their upkeep.

Mana Web will force them to tap all their lands if they want to play anything.

Propaganda and No Mercy are pretty awesome walls, but one my favorite is Slow Motion because it deals well with small creatures 1 by 1 and they can stack.

If they wanna be a-holes and have Back to Nature , Mana Leaks and Power Sink s are good against that.
