There are a few ways to assemble the Sliver Queen Combo. There is redundancy to the combo pieces in case something is exiled. There is no way to retrieve the Queen if she gets exiled. Protect the Queen at all costs!

• Sliver Queen + Heartstone/Training Grounds + Ashnod’s Altar/Basal Sliver

• Sliver Queen + Heart Sliver/Reflex Sliver + Gemhide Sliver/Manaweft Sliver + Ashnod’s Altar/Basal Sliver

With Heart Sliver you can attack right away. Add Necrotic Sliver to destroy infinite permanents. Add Cautery Sliver to deal/prevent infinite damage.

• Sliver Queen + Heart Sliver/Reflex Sliver + Gemhide Sliver/Manaweft Sliver + Heartstone/Training Grounds

This is a rather weak version of the combo. You will have infinite slivers, but they will be tapped.

• Sliver Queen + Mana Echoes

Heart Sliver to attack right away. Cautery Sliver to deal/prevent infinite damage. Necrotic Sliver to destroy infinite permanents. Quick to setup, but Mana Echoes is hard to protect once it hits the field. If it goes to the graveyard, the only way to get it back is with Feldon’s Cane.
