The reason I am running most of my counterspells is that they are free, which removed a lot of those options. I will replace Summary Dismissal with either Time Stop or Mindbreak Trap should I find them, but until then, meh it's a storm counter spell that isn't Flusterstorm which is what the slot exists for. As to the sphinx he didn't really do anything, so I cut him. I may have to find a slot for Cyclonic Rift as a one of board wipe for the deck. Any obvious contenders?

Forced Fruition doesn't make sense to me with the rest of the deck, its the only mill style card in the deck.

Yeah but those you have to pay mana for, since Omniscience requires x to be 0 on x cost cards for them to be free. With your low number of lands I don't think you have enough mana available to mill effectively. Yeah you have 34 mana sources but 1 requires you to discard a land and another requires you to have metalcraft in a deck that has 19 artifacts.

Sphinx Sovereign is the only Sphinx that I think your missing. I prefer Aethersnatch over Commandeer because it grabs any spell. Mindbreak Trap is an excellent way to stop things, it lets you be selective about which spells you exile. Overwhelming Denial is a counter that cannot be countered, which makes it very useful. Time Stop has so many uses, stop infinite combos, prevents combat damage from resolving, exiles all spells on the stack. You know the fun things. Redirect is better than Misdirection because it is not limited to single target spells. Flagstones of Trokair is an excellent land, I forgot to mention it on you Angel deck as well. There is always Cyclonic Rift to be overloaded to great effect some times. In my opinion all decks could use at least 1 board wipe, I'd recommend Supreme Verdict.
