Torbran costs four mana, and boosts damage by 2 if it is from a red source I control. I have several cards that have what I refer to as 0th strike damage, and other sources of damage that hit light and often. I used mostly cards on hand to make this, and I refuse to use mana barbs because I like being able to play against people who don't hate me. Now that I have said that, a big part of the strategy with this deck is to attack with relatively small guys that thanks to Torbran are able to hit frustratingly hard, and kill blockers in a similarly explosive and unpleasant manner. I also have mana clash in here because Torbran does not boost damage to me from my spells, so it has a 3 to 1 benefit when compared to normal. Originally this deck was built for Heartless Hidetsugu, but has been so radically changed that he is now a relic of a bygone era. This deck is still a work in progress.
