Trying to drain life while drawing cards not sure if a mill theme works but more into working into card draw for nekusar's abilities while wheeling for massive damage and big card draw spells to accent that might need help on a budget mana base. And unsure how to achieve a solid but relatively cheap (money wise) mana base and I also lack experience in a draw deck such as this.
