Dig, ramp, counter, take extra turns... repeat!

I'm looking for ways to make it more consistent. I think I want more counters, but I don't know what I want to take out to make that work.

I ramp and tempo to get setup with Swarm Intelligence and/or Metallurgic Summonings, and then use dig spells to find Part the Waterveil to take multiple turns and hopefully make tokens and/or land creatures.
