The idea is to cast Villainous Wealth for as much mana as possible, as many times as possible.

The strategy for the deck is to ramp early, control the midgame with powerful lands + spells, use tutors to find the pieces needed and cast Villainous Wealth several times.

The Key cards:

The combo of Cabal Coffers + Urborg is a extremely easy way to get a large amount of mana quickly. We can find this mana with either a Crop Rotation or Tempt with Discovery. We can also use one of the many tutors to find them.

The deck runs 3 different ways to double your mana, Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger, Mana Reflection and Doubling Cube .

You then cast Villainous Wealth for as much as possible (normally between the 10-20 range), protect it with a Boseiju, Who Shelters All or a counter like Swan Song or Force of Will.

After this we can use one of the many Graveyard recursion cards in the deck to return in to our hand or cast it with flash back and repeat the process. If the card becomes exiled the deck runs one Riftsweeper to return it back to the deck.

To survive the midgame the deck runs several powerful board wipes, such as Toxic Deluge, Damnation and Cyclonic Rift, As well as a plethora of Removal spells. The deck also uses lands like Glacial Chasm and Maze of Ith to help control the board. The deck wants to be drawing cards, controlling the board and ramping throughout this time. Training Grounds helps Tasigur's activation be more affordable. While creatures like Consecrated Sphinx, Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger, Baleful Strix, Sidisi, Undead Vizier and Rune-Scarred Demon can be great blockers in a pinch.

So far I've played several games with the deck, with a pretty diverse meta and it's been a blast.
