This is the seedling of an Esper draw/discard/mil deck.

First off, any of the extra draw cards like Master of the Feast or Dictate of Kruphix help Fate Unraveler do her trick. Second, Chasm Skulker + Dictate of Kruphix is awesome. Then, if they are drawing as many cards as you are hoping, they'll have to start discarding soon. Their extra cards and Despise + Liliana Vess + Mind Rot help activate Waste Not, which is amazing. No matter what they discard you are gaining something. Hopefully they'll discard a creature or two so you can get some chump-blocking zombies.

Now comes Altar of the Brood, Phenax, God of Deception, and Mind Sculpt help you drop their deck to the dirt. If they happen to be running a delve deck, then definitely bring in Agent of Erebos. I like Phenax in this because the second he comes on the board your creatures can tap to mil their library.

I chose Liliana Vess over Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver because Liliana activates Waste Not in some capacity. Ashiok could possibly replace another card, though.

I want to love Siren of the Silent Song because of its double Inspire effect, but with so many people running burn, it seems like he would die pretty quickly.

As far as building a deck in real life, I would most likely drop Thoughtseize and possibly Clever Impersonator because of their high dollar costs.

Updates Add

I took out Phenax because he ended up being too slow, and the monsters that I do have out there are already threats. Even though using Master of Feast to bury 5 cards every turn, he's already a double threat because 1) he's huge, and 2) he is making the opponent draw much quicker than they would like.
