Temur Devotion has been the deck that I've been testing and testing and testing since I got stuck with Temur at a pre-release event and got beat going 2-2 and winning nothing.

So, why so obsessed with Temur? Well, it's because I saw it's possibilities. The more I looked at it, the more I saw the ability to make it something more. A deck that plays every turn, that draws out the deck, that has win conditions, and beat down, and can barrel through even the most destructive of Control.

This deck uses Prophet of Kruphix, Savage Knuckleblade, and Temur Ascendancy to really pick up the card draw. It sacrifices it's own creatures to keep hand advantage with Life's Legacy, which is very important during control, and just brutal during anything else.

It uses Nkythos and Karametra to play the devotion for a lot, with a bit of help from Kiora...

The sideboard is a way of speeding everything up even more... Hammer of Purphoros and Purphoros, let you start pounding the control player who isn't letting you keep any creature on the board, also, gives you an additional chance to draw a card to give all your creatures haste.
