Since the first time I saw panharmonicon spoiled, I wanted to build a deck around it. I had a B/W constructed, but it rotated out of standard. This is my new take on it with an esper base. If you have any suggestions, that'd be great. For instance, I can use sideboard help because that is one of my weaker points in magic.
