Sideboard

Planeswalker (2)

Enchantment (5)

Artifact (4)

Instant (4)

The deck holds on until turn 4 through the use of Path to Exile and Unmake (by not allowing for an easy early aggro take down), then clears the board with supreme verdict. From here you can make it to turn 6, and begin to utilize Planar Cleansing and Merciless eviction. Around this time you should begin to gain card advantage, and using a supreme verdict to draw three or four cards can ensure this and give you the extra options you need to secure full control. From here on out, a combination of creature-lands and planes walkers should give you the victory. In terms of how to play the planeswalkers: Sorin emblem + Elspeth tokens or Celestial Colonnade kills quickly, and jace adds both card draw and essentially acts as a time counter on the game with his -0 effect. Throwing in Ashiok is never a bad idea, as it gives you a fun three cost planeswalker that will win the game if it stays on long enough, or will distract the opponent from your early game weakness.
