Do you like annoying your opponents? Do you want to never stop playing EDH? Is your favorite win condition "everyone scooped after I cast Warp World in the ninth hour of our first game?" This is the deck for you, with the professor of chaos himself, Okaun, Eye of Chaos ! Or you could run his good buddies, Maraxus of Keld and Mannichi, the Fevered Dream in the Commander slot. Pick out all the legends and select one at random to remain true to the chaotic spirit.

The deck is jam-packed with random and scrambling effects, coin flips, and stuff you can't control. The point is not to know what you're doing in a given turn, but to roll with whatever happens! There's also some nonbasic land hate that you could switch out for other coin-flippers if you want, but this will help slow everyone down so you can survive long enough to warp the board.

If you can find a play group that actually enjoys this deck and wants to add even more fun, consider swapping some of the cards for any of the silver-bordered die-rolling cards. In that case, you'll definitely want to run Jalum Grifter as your commander and play shell games with everyone's best permanents!
