Decided to move from and Esper Dragon Control to Blue Black Dragon Control. Even though the white gives things like Narset and Dragonlord Oujuti it leaves a shaky like mana base. That and it doesn't hurt to see if this turns out better than my Esper build. Any constructive Criticism is welcomed.
