Suspend! One of my favorite mechanics right behind phasing. The Doctor Who set gave suspend a lot of support and new tools to play around with time counters. This deck in particular is sort-of a catch-all for what could be done, and could easily be tuned to focus more on a particular style or mechanic. While most of the cards in the maybe board are viable and could be swapped in, there are many very cool and very janky cards that were not included for various reasons (got lazy and stopped looking). So if this deck interests you, be sure to explore other options and colors to see what dumb stuff you can do.

This Rube Goldberg machine of a deck focuses around cheating out cards with The Tenth Doctor while simultaneously pumping Rose Tyler to be a consistent threat on the field. Rose could be replaced with Clara Oswald or The Eleventh Doctor if you are wanting to to focus more on suspending cards, just be sure to replace Tawnos's Coffin, The Ozolith and maybe Resourceful Defense as well.

The deck is slow-ish depending on who you ask, and on the weaker side defensively. It would not hurt to throw in some pillow fort/protection spells or fuel Benalish Commander for a nearly untouchable source of 1/1s. Overall this really depends on how offensive your play-group is.

There are a couple cards worth talking about, so their interactions will be explained below:

• Tawnos's Coffin -- {3}{T} Exile target creature, when Tawnos's Coffin untaps the exiled creature returns to the field with the same number of counters that was on it when exiled (and any aura's reattach). A strong defensive tool to protect Rose Tyler or The War Doctor without having their counters fall off. The drawback is they are tapped with summoning sickness when they return. If you have The Ozolith or Resourceful Defense in play, the counters that were on Rose or The War Doctor move to the Ozolith/Resourceful Defense and Rose/War Doctor return with new counters. You can move the other counters back to effectively double the amount of time counters they have.

• Stormtide Leviathan + Archetype of Imagination -- Archetype of Imagination makes it so all of your creatures have flying, and locks your opponents out of the game unless if they have a source of islandwalk. Most of your creatures already have flying, so Stormtide Leviathan alone already acts as a large threat. Alternatively you can use Wonder, Levitation or if you some style points then Sandals of Abdallah with Harbinger of the Sea for redundancy.

• The Tenth Doctor/Wild-Magic Sorcerer/Temporal Mastery/Sibylline Soothsayer/etc. + Scroll Rack/Brainstorm/Sensei's Divining Top/Anything else that stacks the top of your deck. -- Cheat out the things you want, just watch out for Soldier of Fortune.

• Time Bomb + Solitary Confinement/Teferi's Protection (or Everybody Lives! just to mess with people.)
