Xyris, the Writhing Storm is a great wheel commander that rewards you for making your opponents draw cards. One wheel can lead up to 21 snake creature tokens. Along with the buffs used to pump up the power of Xyris, this deck can hit hard and overwhelm the board really quickly.

The following edits have been made to this deck:

• Replaced Temur Ascendancy with Rising of the Day because this deck already draws a lot of cards and there are very few creatures power 4 or greater. Rising of the Day helps boost Xyris.
• Replaced Jace, Wielder of Mysteries with Proft's Eidetic Memory as Jace was redundant and Proft's Eidetic Memory will help buff Xyris.
