This is the deck list for 1 of 5 custom commanders I had made for my dnd group. This one is based on my character, an Aetherborn Storm Sorcerer named Yennan. https://mtgcardsmith.com/view/yennan-aetherized-storm-1

The deck is basically a spellslinger deck that wants to be able to reuse various instants and sorceries by banking up energy to activate Yennan's ability.

My play group wanted each of these commanders to be played against each other with a $100 budget, based on the cheapest variations of each card on TCGplayer. Example of this is Command Tower. I use a 40k Command Tower for this deck, but we only look at the cheapest market value price for any printing of Command Tower. Basic Lands are not considered for this budget.
