Updates Add
It's been a bit since I've updated this deck and I've got some new additions, but first:
Fabricate
and Lotho, Corrupt Shirriff are both out. Fabricate is a really low value tutor, not only does it basically charge you two extra mana to put the card in your hand, you have to reveal it. Transmute Artifact is already in the deck and is insanely high value, as whatever it grabs goes direct onto battlefield anyways.
As for Lotho, it's not that he's a bad card at the end of the day, it's that Black Market Connections does literally everything he does and more, better than he does it, and all for one additional mana. Not to mention it's mono black to cast so it's a lot easier to get out (you would only need mana crypt or sol ring plus a black mana which is not hard to get turn one in this deck).
Finally, in place of losing some advantage for taking out a tutor, I've added The One Ring. It shouldn't need an explanation as to why I've added it, I don't think there's a single card right now that has as much impact in a deck as it does. If you're having a hard time understanding it, just remember that it is exponential card draw that you pay life for, and who cares about life total in a game of commander.
