Note: This is a standard deck built from only Khans and Origins (plus proxied cards from the upcoming Zendikar, set as non-standard cards). I don't want to have to rebuild my deck when M15 and Theros phase out.

Buff your creatures with +1/+1 counters, increasing the amount that land on them with Hardened Scales. Creatures like Abzan Falconer and Ainok Bond-Kin give all your things extra evasion / the ability to swing wide.
Bombs like Managorger Hydra , Hangarback Walker , and of course Siege Rhino give you a good board state.
Best combo in the deck is definitely Abzan Ascendancy + Hardened Scales + Managorger Hydra . Everytime you play an Abzan Ascendancy with a hardened scales on the field (or more!) you get 2 + 2n counters on your Managorger Hydra, where n is your number of hardened scales.

Fleshbag Marauder is in there to kill off the Servant of the Scale or the Hangarback Walker , and to supply removal.
Haven't really put any thought into the sideboard yet, so that's probably what could use the most help.

The Grazing Gladeharts in the deck are actually the unreleased card called Retreat to Kazandu:
